We really enjoy having DeDe’s Rentals as our property management. We are new tenants of a home in Santa Rosa and thus far our experience has been very positive. They have a very simple/easy process for viewing the home, applying for the lease, and finalizing our contract. They are centrally located in Santa Rosa, and their online portal is a very easy/efficient way of paying rent and/or submitting maintenance requests. I just rented an apartment from DeDe’s. Perla at the front desk is great at explaining the nuances of each apartment requirement. I was shown my apartment by Jenny who was noticeably kind and patient with my questions and went out of her way to go through each detail of the apartment. Great service in this difficult market!
