It’s not clear what interaction is being evaluated here (my 4-star rating is merely a means to reach this comment box). Recent issues include a lease non-renewal for 407 Parkview, Healdsburg, and a fence replacement at 7443 14th Hole, Windsor. For Parkview, I expressed concern that the action was initially described as an “eviction,” such that relocation aid would be needed for the tenants, who are almost certainly more well-situated than the owners who wished to relocate to their own house. For 14th Hole, I’ve been entirely satisfied thus far with our interactions on the fence project.
