Investor Consulting Services
Occasionally, you have a unusually perplexing question or problem that arises is association with a property that you handle directly. DeDe's Rentals can often assist in the creation and delivery of certain documents, like rent increases, "3-Day Notices to Pay Rent" or "Notices to Terminate Tenancy." Additionally, we can often provide suggestions and guidance on the arcane and unusual situations that come up in the normal course of landlord/tenant relationships. "I approached DeDe's to manage my triplex many years ago. The decision was a good one. DeDe's has been excellent in finding good tenants, getting the bills paid, finding quality repairmen when needed, and doing management in a most professional way. I highly recommend them without reservation." - GENE B., SANTA ROSA, CA
"A big THANK YOU for renting three of our properties so quickly. We were worried that we had three come up at the same time. Thanks to you and your great staff, the process went quickly and smoothly. We know that when you call us with the news that you have found good candidates to choose from, the hard part is over. You have simplified a process that we thought was so complicated!" - HARRY AND SHEREE F., SANTA ROSA, CA
Sebastopol Area Information
The area's first known inhabitants were the native Coast Miwok and Pomo peoples. The town of Sebastopol formed in the 1850s with a U.S. Post Office and as a small trade center for the farmers of the surrounding agricultural region. As California's population swelled after the westward migration and the Gold rush of the 1850s, more and more settlers drifted into the fertile California valleys north of San Francisco to try their hand at farming.
There is some debate about how the name "Sebastopol" came into being. At one time, four other California towns were also named Sebastopol (specifically, one in Napa County renamed Yountville, and others in Tulare, Sacramento and Nevada counties). The town was originally called Pinegrove, and how the name change occurred is rumored to have something to do with a bar fight in the late 1850s which was likened to the long British siege of the then-Russian seaport of Sevastopol (now part of Ukraine) during the Crimean War. The original name can be seen in the names of two of the longer standing downtown businesses, Pinegrove consignment store, and the Pinecone restaurant.
