Applicants can visit our website (just as you have!), for detailed information, including "virtual tours." Our website is linked through a nationally recognized rental database, for worldwide visibility. Our user-friendly telephone system provides prerecorded information on the properties available for rent at any given time. Finally, our office is open six days a week; we freely provide printouts on available rentals to any interested individuals who stop in.
Investor Consulting Services
Occasionally, you have a unusually perplexing question or problem that arises is association with a property that you handle directly. DeDe's Rentals can often assist in the creation and delivery of certain documents, like rent increases, "3-Day Notices to Pay Rent" or "Notices to Terminate Tenancy." Additionally, we can often provide suggestions and guidance on the arcane and unusual situations that come up in the normal course of landlord/tenant relationships. Even for those situations that we cannot assist in-house, we can usually direct you to an appropriate vendor or resource.

Windsor Area Information
On July 1, 1992, Windsor was incorporated as a town. Prior to that, it had been part of unincorporated Sonoma County. Windsor's economic growth and population boomed in the 1980s, when housing development rapidly grew during this decade. Prior to that, Windsor's economy was predominately based from agricultural work, mainly involving wine grapes.
In January 1998, Windsor voters approved a twenty-year urban growth boundary, with 72% in favor.
